Peyton Garris (Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hodnett Cooper Real Estate, G.A. R.E. Lic #451950) is not only a licensed REALTOR®, General Contractor and Certified Professional Home Inspector but also a lifelong, born-and-raised resident of the Golden Isles. It's why he knows how special the area is, and what makes it such an amazing place to call home. Growing up, Peyton was inspired by his family - his father is a locally renowned home builder and his mother is a real estate professional. Today, Peyton carries on that legacy of dedication and passion to the industry and to his community. He recently pledged an annual donation to his alma mater - the College of Coastal Georgia - to help the next generation of leaders thrive. Committed to excellence in service, skills and local-market expertise, Peyton works closely with buyers, sellers and investors to help them achieve their real estate dreams. He is also among the few licensed residential contractors in Coastal Georgia to hold the Level IA certification in Erosion and Sediment Control, a requirement when building within 500 feet of state waters.
